 Hi Gems,  Wow it has been a while. The last time I wrote and published on here was in October which honestly feels like a lifetime. As the holidays came and went, we rang in the new year and I find myself thinking a lot about not only lessons learned this year but the direction I want to aim for when going into 2024.  As you may know if you follow my other platforms, I am getting married this year which feels surreal! It's been so far away for so long and here we are counting down less then a year! I also am so proud of Tia things on Instagram , TikTok and Youtube because I really have pushed myself to create more all while having fun! With all of this in mind, here are some of my goals going into 2024: 1. Have a life outside of wedding planning  Wedding planning has genuinely been so fun and even in the stress-inducing times, I would not change anything for the world. I am so proud of how much we have done, saved, planned, etc. as we put together our perfect day....

Hey Gems,  Welcome back to Tia Things! It has been over a month since my last blog and boy has it been a busy one! Life has certainly been keeping me busy so here comes a little recap shall we? 1. I got promoted: That's right ladies and gents, I am thrilled to have been promoted at work. It was a very hard year and busy few months and there is nothing like the feeling of being rewarded for your hard work. For those of you who don't know I work for. fast-paced and always entertaining Public Relations Agency. I really love what I do but as my boss says, there are times we love every day and then there are times where we are trying to control the incoming flood! It gets busy fast and things take time before they slow down! It is one of those feelings that is an adrenaline rush but too much isn't healthy.  2. We are home owners: After weeks of house hunting and a difficult market we have finally found our place to call home. My better half and I are so THRILLED! We are still go...
