Hey gems,  A lot of you have been asking for books recommendations and I know I haven't given you any recently, honestly this is because I haven't had much time to read. I really need to start working it into a routine but it’s so hard some days I just go right to bed. It was also the most recent series I read but I really can’t say enough about how this book really was unpredictable and had so many unexpected twists and turns. Yes, it has the expected romance and friendships of a YA novel but it also had a lot of mystery and action in it. School rivalries that are next level and fights breaking out every second chapter. Hey gems, I know one of your all time favorite blogs of mine is one I did that was about my insecurities. I talked about how certain items about me, my physical appearance and persannilty traits created huge insecurities. This was before I started working and before quarantine, I really feel like in the last yea some have stayed the same, and some insecurities have changed. So here we are, a year after the last insecurities blog I wrote and boy have things changed. I am now- sometimes- a full on adult. Sometimes I still choose to argue whether that is true or not (hi mama). But now over a year of working full time, a career that is blossoming, additional classes post undergrad, my relationship steady as ever and my whole family in a beautiful place. Hey Gems, I have been asked a lot about y outube, if I want to do youtube, how I feel about outube, etc. I think this is a common thing for people who have blogs and no presence on youtube. I thought I would answer these and then go into my favorite youtubers! As you probably can guess since I have favorite youtubers, yes, I like youtube. I love following vloggers and youtubers that have content tailored to my likes. Even though they aren't speaking to me directly that is the great thing about youtube, it always feels personal. I guess I will start with why I am not on youtube. Honestly there isn’t a particular reason, I would do youtube but I feel like my content is so wide ranging that I don't know what it would focus on and I wouldn't want to have a channel unless I know what the focus was going to be.
