Hey gems! So the summer has had a lot of ups and downs and the pandemic is still affecting a lot of us. That being said I am spending so much time outside in the sun this year that I noticed my skin reacting and needed to change up my skin care routine! 1. Hydrating My skin has never been oily or dry it's always just in the middle depending on the day. What I found is that it was so dry, flaking off and no matter how much I moisturized it didn't improve. I started drinking tones more water and noticed almost immediately that my skin was much more hydrated too and not at all flaking. I now try to drink 4-8 water bottles everyday and my skin is thriving!! Not to mention all the other benefits that come along with this! 2. Low/No makeup Because of the gloriousness that is WFH, my skin has gotten a great break from makeup, my pores have a new life and I am way more confident being without makeup for every Zoom call. Hey Gems, I have been asked a lot about y outube, if I want to do youtube, how I feel about outube, etc. I think this is a common thing for people who have blogs and no presence on youtube. I thought I would answer these and then go into my favorite youtubers! As you probably can guess since I have favorite youtubers, yes, I like youtube. I love following vloggers and youtubers that have content tailored to my likes. Even though they aren't speaking to me directly that is the great thing about youtube, it always feels personal. I guess I will start with why I am not on youtube. Honestly there isn’t a particular reason, I would do youtube but I feel like my content is so wide ranging that I don't know what it would focus on and I wouldn't want to have a channel unless I know what the focus was going to be.
