Quarantine Talks

Hey gems,
I hope everyone is staying healthy and safe!

I wanted to write a blog for the longest time but my energy just hasn't been in it!! I am working from home at the moment and working on multiple side projects that are just eating away the days- which is mostly a good thing! Time is flying and going slow at the same time does that make any sense?

So here is a little update on my life and what's been going on with me! I am still working from home full time so my weekdays are still full. I am also helping people I know who are entrepreneurs with some social media ideas and such as an added hobby. This is definitely taking up way more time than I initially meant for it to but it's a good thing for now and only during quarantine so pretty soon, things will be back to calmer and this will be such a great learning experience.

I am also taking an online class which I am loving and I already picked out my next online class which will add to my social media knowledge and it's just so much fun for me to have all of this going on. On good days, the busy is great and really keeps me sane. On the bad days.... I find myself fighting the urge to bang my head against the wall.

I get asked really often why I do so much and don't just enjoy being young and relaxing during this quarantine. I am all for people who are taking things one day at the time and using this time to refresh and refocus. I think that is honestly a great way to use it. Speaking entirely for myself though, after a day or two of relaxing I would go out of my mind. Even if I wasn't working from home or taking this class, I would probably have a routine set and have to keep myself occupied because I am not one for constant zen!

I also was raised with the mentality that it is crucial to work more and tirelessly during your younger yeas and then reap the benefits in the mid to late twenties when everyone else starts to work harder you can take a moment and slow down.

I'll keep you all posted on how the social distancing and quarantine goes as well as how the transition back to normal routine is when that starts!

Stay healthy my gems and talk soon xx
T
