Welcome back to my page gems! I am starting off today with a second Tia Things all about items, obsessions, shows and whatever else I am loving at the moment!


First things first, lets talk fashion shall we? I have had a long-term love affair with puff sleeves, as I've talked about in my blog dedicated to them. But there are so many new items I am loving and as the spring approaches- sometimes at what feels like a snail's pace- I am loving the neon trend. Let me tell you guys that if you see me during wedding season in a black outfit you best believe it is because my heels and clutch are neon! I am so excited for the warmer weather to play around with this trend I think it will be so fun and can be done in any way from nails, to clothing and accessories. We will certainly be seeing neon this season and it will certainly be included in my outfits!

Next up, I am sure many of you have watched this show, it became a viral sensation this winter but Love is Blind stole my heart. I love the show, how honest the whole process was, I really liked that the whole time the hosts were super open about this being an experiment how we really don't know if love is blind, etc. It was so fun to watch! I personally was rooting for G & D from day one, and of course, I loved Cameron and Lauren they were meant to be! Such a fun show and a great way to unwind with some wine after a long day!

The next item on my list is something a friend recommended as a gift for my boyfriend and it is one of the best things I have ever discovered! The Sprezza Box, is a male subscription box with accessories for your boo! It's a customized subscription box with choices ranging from office accessories, to gym, holiday and more. For my boyfriend who is entering the job force, the different ties and accessories have been super helpful! Subscriptions can vary from 1 month, 6 months or a year. A gift that keeps on giving is always a win, am I right?

So now that we covered gifting, I want to talk about some self love. I know there are a lot of ways to go about this, but I want to talk about something that is so so crucial to me in this season of cold and flu, VITAMINS! I absolutely love the Centrum woman's complete multi-gummy. There are also men ones, and 50+ . I have bough all of them for family members and we are all obsessed. It's really crucial to give your body an extra boost and vitamins are a great way to make sure that no matter what, no matter how on the go or busy you may be, your body is getting everything it needs.

 Hi Gems,  Wow it has been a while. The last time I wrote and published on here was in October which honestly feels like a lifetime. As the holidays came and went, we rang in the new year and I find myself thinking a lot about not only lessons learned this year but the direction I want to aim for when going into 2024.  As you may know if you follow my other platforms, I am getting married this year which feels surreal! Furniture shopping

 Hey gems,  I hope you are all enjoying the sunshine as summer is approaching! We have been busy trying to pick out all the furniture for the new place. It has been quite a wild journey to get here so I thought I would take some time to review everything that has been going on! Firstly, my favourite store by far is Structube , it is my favourite place and has such a great variety of items but way less overwhelming then a big store like Ikea.  The first thing we picked is our dining table and chairs. The chairs are warm brown leather and the table has a fake live edge that I LOVE! This was the easiest item to choose by far! This is all in a warm theme and tones that will go well with the dark floors and cabinets. We also have been very budget conscious in the whole process and the table was a great price for a larger size so this was a no-brainer.  The next main items I picked out are decor because I had some very specific ideas like a gallery wall and big mirrors! Low budget Fall (lockdown) date ideas

Hey gems! How is everyone doing? Recently I have had to get super creative when it comes to date nights especially with the new lockdown we are limited in where we can go. So of course date night often include walks because not only is it great to get fresh air but it helps with the mental components of being stuck inside. We get tired of them quick though and need to mix it up during the week so here is what I came up with! Turn TV into games: You can chose any show or movie you are watching and turn it into a game! For example, every time a certain character says their catch phrase you either take a bite, drink or do something silly that you both agree on! it can be something silly or answering any question! This basically gets as creative as you want to! Newlywed game (quiz) Basically any type of quizzing each other on how well you know each other!
