February Goals
Hey gems!
As my birthday month rolls on in I’m really trying to focus on what makes me happy and calm. I have a few goals this month that I want to try and see how they stick!
1. Gayle the gallon continues!
As many of you know I bought my little bestie bottle Gayle a full gallon water bottle that I try to drink. I have been sticking to 5 days per week drinking the gallon and half gallon on weekends. So far so good but I love it and it’s making a big difference in my appetite and my dehydration so I want to keep it up and see if there are more ways I can apply this to my routine!
2. Relax and read
So I learned lately, well really it isn’t new, but my best way of relaxing and releasing anxiety is by reading fiction. I get pulled into the fictional world and fully relax away into it. My goal for February is to read at least 15-30 minutes per day. This would help me relax before bed, take away some screen time and help me relieve some anxiety.
3. Fresh air
Being in a full lockdown with a curfew and all has meant that I am staying indoors more then ever! This isn’t a bad thing because we are in the middle of crazy cold winter months so it is a perfect time to stay warm and cozy! That being said fresh air would be great for me to get more often, even something as small as an evening drive (before curfew of course!).
